Well if you have an SDCard reader all you have to do is plug it in to your computer and go to my computer. You should have a new drive there note the drive letter. Just download the jar and jad file to the drive letter you noted. All the games and apps that I know of have to be on your phone to work properly. They will not work off your sdcard. So you will need to download a program called blueftp to your phone. This will allow you to transfer jar and jad files from your sdcard to your phone. I have not used this, but I believe you have to update the phone using the codes to get into the internals of your phone. See the games sticky in the "how to section".
