Not if your screen isn't working. There is a reset in the settings folder. There may be one in the admin settings, but I couldn't find it and I don't really want to play around in there to much. Other than that have you tried removing the battery for about 30 seconds?

I have.... for minutes... nothing seems to work.  I can't believe it.  The only thing that is working is my on and off button.  I can actually receive a phone call, but can't make a call out...frustrating!!!!

there is an option in the admin settings called DRM Master Reset. I'm not sure what it is but it might be what ur looking for. I accidently pressed it and nearly sh*t bricks cause i was scared i screwed soemthing up. It's under Admin Settings>Feature Settings.

A simple search resulted in a broad explaination that it just resets the phone to default. what parts of the phone is reset is unknown to me. As far as i could tell nothing changed in my phone. Good luck.
