I'm having a hard time downloading a Snapfish app. When I try to download the app from Snapfish it says it's not compatible. Any help?? One of the main reasons I bought this phone was because the ad touts this phone as being Snapfish compatible.

I am not sure what snapfish app you are trying to download. Do you know about the photo widgets? That is what the add you are reffering to. If go to phone settings and widgets make sure the photo widget checked. When you open from the widget bar you will find snapfish there. I believe it is all web based with no downloading needed. Hope this helps.

The thing is there is no Snapfish icon in the widget bar or anywhere else that I can find in the phone. We have tried installing the app directly from Snapfish and it says something to the effect that the phone isn't supported. I did try your suggestion and searched the phone settings and still no Snapfish app.

Ok. If you go to settings, widget make sure the imaging tools is checked (it's the last one on the list). Then when you open it you should see apps for flickr, kodak, photobucket, and snapfish. If this doesn't help you may want to call customer service.

Yea, still no luck. I called tech support and they seemed baffled as well. At first he said he wasn't sure Snapfish was a supported app. After I read to him what was in the Samsung web site and he did his own research he realized it should be in there. I then explained what I was told here in the forum. The guy said he would research this and get back to me via email this weekend. One can only hope.

Thanks for the suggestions. They are greatly appreciated. If anyone else has any bright ideas please feel free to chime in. I actually bought this phone for my wife as a birthday gift under the premise that it would be easy to send the pics to Snapfish. That alone was justification to spend the $500+ on the phone. Now I sit and wait...
