 Huh

My screen has locked up - it will do NOTHING.. I can turn phone off and on and answer/hang up but absolutely nothing else....

Has anyone had this problem?

Have not seen anyone else with that problem. I would get on the horn with customer service. You didn't drop it in the toilet or something did you?

No, nothing has been done with the phone.
But all they can say is to get a new phone sent out.  I am 3 days PAST my 14 day trial.....  irritates me, now they want me to pay 10 bucks for a new phone to shippd out.

That stinks. I wish it was a 30 day trail like CA. 14 days is just not enough time.

yeah - I had a Behold for 27 days here in CA, and have kept the Memoir beyond the 30 days now.

PS - have you popped the battery out when it is on (soft reset).  This fixed some hang-ups on my BB 8120 at times.

My phone tried that with me - it locked and I couldn't do ANYTHING at all - not even turn it off. I popped the battery and when I turned the phone back on, all was well. I'm not sure why it got stuck - I had been playing a game a listening to music in the background. I had quit the game, changed the song, then was trying to re-enter my game, but it wouldn't let me - it just froze! =(

But, like someone said earlier - pop out the battery; that usually fixes the issues.
