I am thinking about getting the memoir phone and was wondering if I would be able to view past text messages sent for each contact? (basically, does it allow me to see past few messages in a conversation if I'm texting back and forth with someone?)

oh, also does it have a new email alert?

no. thats called threaded messaging and theres no way of doing that on this phone. i wish it could cause i would love it.

and this phone does have email alerts.
