Can't believe I had not come across this anywhere while researching this phone.. am I the only one who thinks the highest vibrate setting is horrible? I place my phone on my desk right next to me and next thing I know I look at my phone and I missed a call, because I saw/heard no vibration. Is this how good phones work? My razr loudly vibrated against the table and I could tell when I got a text/call..

Yes, I did go to the settings and put the vibrate settings up all the way.

Is there a hack or something I could do to make it even higher/stronger/louder?

No one else thinks its bad? I've even had it in my pocket while walking and didn't notice any vibration and next I looked I had missed calls.. anyone have any idea of a solution?

Well I just tested mine.

I agree it's not at shaky as my old phone.

I put it on my desk and called it. And I think I would definetly hear/notice it.  It's pretty loud and of course it lights up.  But it doesn't shake off the desk like my old phone.

Then I stuck it in my pocket and called it, and yeah, I could definitely miss that.  Especially If I was driving.

I don't really feel comfortable taking apart the insides to actually replace the shaker.  So unless someone finds a administration code to up the juice going to it. I think we are stuck with it.

Thanks for the reply, at least I'm not alone thinking its a little weak, but Idk why I didn't notice it vibrating on my desk if you did. Yea I don't feel comfortable taking it apart, was hoping there was a magic fix in the settings or something heh. I'm at work most of the day and I need it on vibrate, and I am missing texts. Now I got one of those holster cases that I clipped on my pocket and I can *just barely* feel the vibrate.. when I'm sitting here waiting for a text. I have a feeling that I'll miss texts I'm not expecting.

I'm considering getting this even lol http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/cellphone/9e31/

At least your did vibrate. I had to return mine to t-mobile because the vibrate feature did not funtion. They sent me a new one and it works fine. Like you said, it doesn't vibrate as loudly as other phones but it good enough for me.
