My phone mysteriously quit connecting to my PC a couple of weeks ago and I just couldn't figure out what was going on. After trouble shooting everything I could think of I came to the conclusion my phone was jacked. Today I finally remembered to try my wife's Behold and it connected right a way. So after going through the same stuff I had already tried on my own with four different techs and a master reset I finally got them to realize that have a bad jack on my phone and they are sending me anew one.  I have had other minor problems like the lens cover not working a couple of times and the internet not working all the time. So we will see if these problems are corrected as well.

Has anyone else been having any hardware or software issues?
