I turn it on and it says "Memoir and it loads all the way untill so close to the end, freezes for about 3 minutes and reboots and repeats.

I have no idea what to do.

Did you try removing the battery for about a minute. If that doesn't work you will have give tech support a call. If it is still under warranty they will send you a replacement as long as there is no moisture damage.
