If you got to
www.tmonews.com and search return policy some information comes up there in a couple of different articles. I thought I saw the full official policy on t-mobiles web site at one point, but I can't find it now. It doesn't look like you get much of a break on new expensive phones. If you log into your account and click on upgrade phones you can see what you will pay for a particular phone. For example I got the Memoir the day it came out so I should be in the 1-11 month tier 1 category. If I went to get a Memoir today I would only get a $40 break. Next month I should be in the 12-21 month Tier 2 category. So we will see what kind of discounts I can get next month. Looks like the HD2 will release on March 24th. No word on the Motorola yet.
